As the new round of technological and industrial revolutions continues to evolve, energy transformation and the digital revolution are interwoven, mutually reinforcing, and advancing in tandem, ushering the global energy sector into an era of significant development and profound change. In this context, power grids will play a key role.

In line with the development trends ofenergy transition and digitalrevolution, digital-intelligent resilient power grids promote the globalenergysystem to develop towards the directions of cleaning,electrification,networking, universal access, digitization andintellectualization.The global energy system is undergoing extensive and profound transition through technologyintegration, factor collabo ration and value co-creation in the energy and digitization field. GEl isan im portant carrier to promote the transition and development of energy and electricity.Digital-intelligent resilient power grids are the core of energy interconnection and exert criticarole in pro moting the five directions ofenergy and electricity development.

On April 10, 2025, the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization (GEIDCO), in collaboration with China Energy News, will host the "Seminar on Digital-Intelligent Resilient Power Grids and New Power Systems" in Beijing, China. The seminar will focus on key themes such as energy transition, the development of new power systems, and the advancement of grid digitalization and intelligence.
